Cosy holiday home in the artist town of Altea on the Costa Blanca. Wonderful panoramic view of the sea, the mountains and the famous town! “Luxury urbanisation Altea Hills” (Altea, Alicante) with 24/7 security service. The house was renovated in 2014 and has 3 bedrooms (air conditioners from 2018), 2 bathrooms, a large living room of approx.30 m2, a guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room. The living room has direct access to the large surrounding terrace, which with approx. 136 m2 offers plenty of space for dining or sunbathing. The terrace is partly covered and offers several nice seating/lounging areas. Furthermore, it is planted with typical plants and trees and a gas barbecue is also available. The rear terrace area offers cool shade from midday and has direct access to the dining room and kitchen.
The master bedroom upstairs has its own terrace, en-suite bathroom and has stunning panoramic views of the sea, Altea Bay and the mountains. The Altea holiday home offers a general feeling of comfort and tranquillity. An ideal place to spend your holidays all year round in the excellent climate of the Costa Blanca. Winterisation is no problem, as the house is equipped with a gas fireplace as well as modern electric heating and cooling elements. 300 sunny days a year and a great communal pool for residents only, guarantee a relaxing holiday. The private garage can be rented optionally for a small extra charge! The house has German and International TV channels (Sat TV + Internet TV), 2 flat screen TVs (43″ Master Bedroom and 49″ Living Room) and fast internet WIFI (fibre optic).
